- Geoffrey Watts: In November 2009 I resigned as a partner in the Mooloolaba architectural practice to live with my wife who had commenced teaching in Norway. After 3 years in Trondheim we relocated to Japan where we spent 4 years in Tokyo. Our last 2 years overseas were spent at a school in Moscow where I worked in the junior science laboratory. Returning to Australia I pursued the sport of archery and continued life drawing – activities I started in Tokyo. In 2022 I won 2 gold medals in my age group (70+) at the National Target Archery Championship. We live on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland and are blessed with 5 grand children. In addition to archery I enjoy cryptic crossword puzzles, the weekly scrabble club and urban sketching with a group of like minded artists.
